Kasa Vinyasa

This powerful flow connects individual poses or “asanas” with deep breaths or “pranayama” in a series of sequenced movement. Intended to progressively open the body. Each sequence in a Vinyasa class builds upon the previous, evolving into deeper and more advanced postures as your practice unfolds.

Chill Flow

This flow is a meditative practice, emphasizing peace and calm in the physical body and mind. We hold poses longer, taking several rounds of breath in each asana building deep strength, stamina and flexibility.


Yin Flow

This flow focuses on cultivating flexibility. Concentrating on the tendons, fasciae, and ligaments with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints. Yin is a more meditative approach to yoga. This is a feel-good class focusing on overall physical awareness and well-being.
