Kasa Vinyasa

This powerful flow connects individual poses or “asanas” with deep breaths or “pranayama” in a series of sequenced movement. Intended to progressively open the body. Each sequence in a Vinyasa class builds upon the previous, evolving into deeper and more advanced postures as your practice unfolds.

Chill Flow

This flow is a meditative practice, emphasizing peace and calm in the physical body and mind. We hold poses longer, taking several rounds of breath in each asana building deep strength, stamina and flexibility.

Yin Flow

This flow focuses on cultivating flexibility. Concentrating on the tendons, fasciae, and ligaments with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints. Yin is a more meditative approach to yoga. This is a feel-good class focusing on overall physical awareness and well-being. Achieved using a series of passive floor asanas each held for a few minutes. Yin concentrates on the spine, hips, pelvis, inner thighs, and lower spine.

Hot Yoga

This Flow is comparable to our Vinyasa styled classes with added infrared heat to assist the body in deeper detoxification. We tend to go a touch slower but are sure to build stamina, strength, flexibility and mindfulness.

Kids Yoga

This is a fun, happy, peaceful experience taught by our amazing instructor Kate Suarez. Kate brings creativity and guidance to the Kids Yoga program leading these younger spirits with patience and kindness. Doing yoga brings many benefits to children such as exercise, non-technology based playtime, allowing each child to connect with the inner-self, and develop a relationship with the natural world that surrounds them. Yoga cultivates that marvelous inner light that all children have. (ages 4+)

Be sure to ask about setting up a group, party or personal private with guardian, child and instructor.
