Reiki is a healing practice, not a belief system. It can complement any spiritual path — or none at all. -

There is no manipulation or force. Touch is gentle, respectful, and always within your comfort level. -

The instructors and staff are amazing. My favorite yoga classes have all been with Kate. She’s truly passionate about her yoga practice and helping others and it shows.
I took a class with Kate which was such a great moment with her. Every cues, flow of poses was more than perfect. And what her tolu us in class was so touchy. My body got nice steached and mind totally healed by class. I will keep join class!

This studio is gorgeous and new! I had the best experience. Kate is a fantastic yoga instructor. She is passionate about her practice and is completely in tune to her guests. Kate has such a beautiful and calming energy . I plan to go back as much as possible. The studio is located in a cute little center of shops where you can grab a bite to eat or even a dessert to eat under the stars after class.
I am so grateful I was able to experience the beautiful flow with Kate today. SHe's what I have been looking for in Miami! Can't wait to go back!
So very grateful for this beautiful space. Kate led our class with such grace. Her voice is incredibly soothing and the pose transitions were very smooth. Kate was able to modify the poses for individuals of all levels. She allowed us to challenge ourselves while also simply giving us time to breathe into each pose. Thank you for your healing energy Kate! Will definitely be back! Bonus points- the studio is right next to a lovely dessert club and a cafe with delicious food and drinks to grab after your flow.
