This Privacy Policy relates to the information collection and use practices of Kasa Yoga in connection with our services (the “Services”), which are made available to you through our yoga studio location (the “Location”) and online through our website and booking platforms (the “Site”).
By visiting our Location or Site and/or using our Services, or by permitting your child to use our Services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and the accompanying Master Waiver, Release & Consent and Terms & Conditions. Capitalized terms not defined in this Privacy Policy shall have the meanings set forth in those documents.
We do not collect personal information unless you voluntarily provide it to us.
When you sign up to become a customer at our Location or through the Site (a “Customer”), you may be asked to provide certain personal information including, but not limited to, your first name, last name, email address, telephone number, date of birth, emergency contact information, and location data generated through online booking systems (collectively, “Personal Information”).
We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from individuals under the age of 18 without authorization. If a minor participates in Services, the registering adult represents that they are the parent or legal guardian and consent to the collection and use of the minor’s information as described in this Privacy Policy.

If Kasa Yoga Studios FL Inc. or substantially all of its assets are acquired, Personal Information may be transferred as part of the transaction.
We may also disclose Personal Information if required by law, court order, subpoena, or governmental request, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Kasa Yoga, our customers, or others.

The Location, Site, and Services are operated in the United States. If you are located outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Services, you consent to such transfer.

The End User License Agreement (EULA) portion you included applies only if Kasa Yoga has its own branded mobile app.
If you do not currently operate a proprietary app, I recommend not posting that section to avoid legal inconsistencies.
